After opening pre-orders for new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus two weeks back, Apple brought its first sale report. According to Apple, after first two weeks of its new iPhones pre-orders it crossed the mark of 13 million sales. This is however made in three days of the devices availability. This is considerably high and appreciating for Apple which has got some unfavorable estimates about its new launches’ sale.
This 13 million sale of iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus in three days of availability is a little higher than Apple’s own estimations. According to prior reports Apple has estimated about 10million sale for opening days which has crossed well. This is also remarkably higher against last year’s performance of just 3 million units.
Admitting flaws in last year’s sale performance Apple has prepared for a large scale availability of its new iPhone this year. According to reports by Apple it is going to push new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus to markets in across 40 countries. The sale in these 40 countries is set to start from October 9.
With extended market availability, a faster selling rate and a stronger performance are expected coming days. It is also worth mentioning that this remarkable sale shows in current reports is excluding Chinese market. As we know, Apple has not listed Chinese market among the initials to get new iPhones.
