Apple increased App Store prices in Europe and Canada

Apple has Increased App Store prices in United Kingdom, Canada and many of European countries from yesterday due to recent changes in local laws and exchange rates. The new prices have come into effect from yesterday in most of the European countries as well as in Canada.

In an email sent to developers on Wednesday Apple said that change in prices would effect in all the European Union countries and as well as in Canada and Norway. According to the Company’s email on Wednesday the prices of App Stores in Iceland would be decresed and would change in Russia.

Apple has changed the App Store prices in European countries and Canada form Saturday’s morning. Apple’s announcement of increase in App Store prices came after the news that the cost of Apple’s Developer Program would be increased in certain markets, including the U.K and Germany.

All European Union nations, as well as Norway, which despite being a part of Europe has been hit by the increase in price. iOS and Mac users of Canada has also been striked by the recent price increases by higher prices.
