Apple, as it promised, is making updates to iOS a more regular process to proactively solve the issues and problems in the main release. We recently received two iOS 9.2.x beta releases and now Apple has released the iOS 9.3 beta 1 which suggests, iOS 9.3 is coming very soon for the normal users. If you regularly install the updates for iOS and have already installed iOS 9.2.1 beta update then updating to iOS 9.3 beta 1 is not difficult at all. Just go to Settings >> General >> Software Update and follow the update process. But if you are going to install the iOS 9.3 beta 1 without older beta versions, you will have to install IPSW file to your iPhone or iPad first to get the iOS 9.3 beta 1 update.
