Asus Zenfone 6 Specifications

Asus had stretched the screen size along with the specs on its Zenfone trio. It brought different smartphone models in its Zenfone lineup with slightly improvements in there features, especially screen size. And following this, after the 4 and 5 inches screen size of Zenfone 4 and Zenfone 5 respectively, here we have the biggest Zenfone 6 with the 6-inch screen. Along with other screen improvements this biggest device of its lineup comes with the same Intel Atom chipset of Zenfone 5. Here we explore some of its key fields where it leads its line of Asus smartphones.

As the Zenfone 5 followed its earlier device with some enlarged features, you will find the same concepts present on the Zenfone 6. Following the earlier Zenfone 5 it gives you a true experience of an Asus phablet. Unlike the 5-inch you will have the bigger 6-inch screen on this phablet with many similar features. Its screen resolution is 720p which remains to be the same with quite lower pixel dimension which sets at 244ppi.

It has borrowed its almost design concept from the Zenfone 5. For instance, there is the same ceramic finish with pleasant exterior and slightly slim body. Although with bigger shape you may find it a little heavier than the earlier model. In measurement it is 166.9 x 84.3x 9.9mm in dimension and 200g in weight.

The Operating System on Zenfone 6 is the same Android 4.3 Jelly Bean which we can find on all the devices of this lineup. Running the customizations of Asus Zen UI you can have a nice experience of big screen phablet. You can also upgrade the older Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with the updated 4.4 KitKat version.

The chipset you find on the Zenfone 6 is the Intel Atom Z2580. This is the same chipset of the Zenfone 5 although on this phablet size device it has updated to 2GHz along with the capability of hyper-threading. Its upgraded processer is also companied by faster 2GB RAM and PowerVR SGX544 MP2 GPU.

Its back camera is also made powerful with 13MP Panasonic SmartFSI sensor which is supported by a LED flash. While on the front you can find the usual 2MP camera for basic front camera functions. Along with these the Zenfone 6 comes with 8GB and 16GB expendable storage and 3,230mAh Li-Po non-removable battery.
