With Android 5.1, the already capable 16MP OIS supported camera of Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge will receive support for capturing images in RAW format as well. The snapper will also get simplified pro mode and shutter speed control. Another slight tweak in the camera UI will let users control exposure levels by simply dragging their finger up or down. In a way, this mimics the functionality offered by Apple in the iPhone camera app.

While taking the software working behind the camera of the Galaxy S6, it is more powerful, sharper and renders colors with more details. It gives near-natural images, which is for some people good and for others not a good choice especially those who like sharpness in the images.
There are different sliders in the Galaxy S6 camera with Pro mode like manual focus, highlights and shadows, exposure compensation but you will miss the sharpness slider and it is due to the same reason that Samsung prefers near-natural images and recordings.
Samsung Galaxy S6 records videos at 2160p @ 30fps and it is a standard recording criteria as well but the OIS supprt and digital stabilization makes the Galaxy S6 camera more powerful as compared to others.
