Huawei planning to bring Honor series to US

Huawei seems extending its Honor brand closer to customers as it announces its first Honor subsidiary for the US. This development was hinted out by the Huawei CEO George Zhao during a party in China. While celebrating the second anniversary of its popular Honor brand the CEO hints at his future plans in the US market. He also left the enthusiasts wait for an official and detailed announcement which is due during CES show, next month in Las Vegas.

Although the biggest concern for Huawei, like many Chinese manufacturers, will be to deal with copyright and patents problems in US.

We have recently spotted a number of developments by Huawei regarding its devices in the US market. This seems to reinforce earlier reports with chances of fresh developments ahead. One of the models that are expected in the US market include the Huawei Honor Play 5X which was certified by FCC for the US. Yet we have to wait for next month’s show for more official details but the Honor Play 5X seems to have confirmed its place on the list.

With the Huawei subsidiary opened in the US we will get the range of devices made specifically for the US and nearby markets. Right now we have the Huawei Honor 7 and the Honor 6 Plus almost picked up for the US customers. Both devices with the expected Honor Play 5X may show off right after the opening of the US subsidiary.

Huawei Honor devices are quite good to make their profile into the US market. Just having a look into the Huawei Honor 7 which comes with a 5.2inch display panel with high internal specs and equally powerful cameras on both rear and front face. The processing power comes with its Kirin 935 chipset running Octa-core 2.2GHz CPU, 3GB RAM and expendable storage option. The device comes with a 20megapixel main camera and a selfie shooter of 8megapixel which provides uninterrupted video chat option as well.
