Apple officially introduced the iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus and iPad Pro at its September event last week. While the enthusiast users were informed about many of its key features but some parts were kept hidden. RAM on all of three devices remains among the key hidden points. But there have been pre-launch rumors and some after launch leads which suggest the info, filling the blanks.
Fresh assessment is made on the base of development tool used by Apple for the certain devices. The info extracted from development tool Xcode almost confirms that we will get the expected RAM storage. According to details the iPhone 6S, the larger iPhone 6S Plus will arrive with 2GB RAM. While, the big iPad Pro will be carrying a big RAM of 4GB. This was discovered by dedicated developers with an updated eye on Apple developments. The details are not any surprising as they have been discussed in the same way before the official announcement of the devices. But they are now confirmed which no doubt fills the blanks that are intentionally left over by Apple. This way now we can draw a complete spec chart of upcoming set of devices by Apple.

Keeping developers technical details aside, the results were summed up telling the RAM specs for all three devices.
