It’s Here – Netflix Launches In Pakistan

Netflix, the streaming pioneer, is a California based website which has recently announced on Wednesday to have extended its global platform to 190 countries. It’s exciting news for all those TV series chasers because Netflix is always on top with its movies, shows and originals.

For Pakistan, the Netflix Pakistan website has already released a statement saying, at just $7.99 a month, a user can enjoy any TV series or movies provided by Netflix, they also have a free month offer.

“Today you are witnessing the birth of a new global Internet TV network”, co-founder and chief executive Reed Hastings said when he was presenting at the Keynote session at Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2016) in Las Vegas.

Rumors are that Netflix are to bring in around 31 new and original series also somewhere around two dozen of original films, documentaries, still to be known amount of comedies and 30 original kids series – to everyone subscribed and ready for Netflix anytime, anywhere.

“We’re looking forward to bringing great stories from all over the world to people all over the world.” Hastings announced.

Payment Schemes:
As mentioned above, for every user, the first month is free although the sign up process will require those details and subscription charges will commence from the following month and so on.

“We want citizens around the world to have access to the same content,” Hastings said, accepting that it still might take a few more years to reach the stance where Netflix content is consistent worldwide.

Just one button click for any Netflix user to get their subscription cancelled.

The Global Approach :
Netflix’s global approach is also a hint to its reach for talent for their original productions throughout the world.

Will Arnett, an actor who will star in an upcoming Netflix comedy series titled “Flaked”, said “We are just throwing out the old paradigm; everything is gone”.

Rivals :
Not many can still rival Netflix at their original production and streaming, but Amazon and Hulu are still in the race, of course, a lot behind Netflix but can’t be counted out.

A bigger domain means bigger expectations. Since Netflix is now available everywhere, the subscriber are demanding more, and better. And Netflix are already up to the challenge, and already working on to get their audience happy.

“Now we can be fully focused on finding the best content for the world.” said Netflix head of content acquisition Ted Sarandos is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Read about our Affiliates Disclosure Policy here.
