Microsoft’s Lumia devices are a mix features with different released having their own specialties. Here we have a report suggesting the Lumia Camera app is now available for users of the Nokia Lumia 1020. The device is currently running the conventional Microsoft camera app which lacks a number of features when compared with the Lumia Camera app. Thus with new development users of the Nokia Lumia 1020 and other similar devices too can avail the features equally.
This was mentioned by Microsoft last month, after getting the Windows 10 Mobile updates. The users of the Nokia Lumia 1020 can make use of Lumia camera app too. The updates actually bring the Lumia camera app to Windows store thus making it available for download on even those devices which don’t carry it out of box. With Lumia camera app users can experience a number of additional features like DNG RAW files support.
There are a number of devices which were initially suggested not supporting the Lumia camera app but found okay with it. For instance the users of the Nokia Lumia 535 and Lumia 640 reported that there devices are running the app quite well. Though the Nokia Lumia 1020 was not equipped with the Lumia camera app but it was a camera centric device from many aspects. Thus with 41megapixel lens, Zeiss optics and a Xenon and LED flash the Lumia camera app may prove a remarkable addition.
