Microsoft is doing well fixing the downsides of its Windows 8 version. After successive updates and improvement now what it has next is a completely new concept of Windows, the Windows 10. The new Windows, made over the 8 version is expected to be a hit with its expected availability in this summer.
Currently the insights on this new release are mostly based on a little bit info shared by Microsoft. Also there are leaks with certain interesting info about Windows 10. And this time there is a fresh leak that gives us even a closer look at its few features which are not yet revealed officially.
Microsoft has named its new Windows by skipping the name sequence of its earlier versions. Therefore, after Windows 8 we are not going to have a Windows 9. Along with this trick Microsoft is actually trying to change its current Windows concept. These efforts might help Microsoft solving the issues experienced in Window 8.
Microsoft has also including a new start menu in Windows 10. This new start menu can combine the classic menu of the earlier Windows and the live tiles of Modern UI. Microsoft has released the technical preview of Windows 10 early in the month of September. This primary preview of Windows 10 shows some of these changes. This updated concept of start menu is also witnessed in the currently leaked screen shoots.
Apart from the start menu, fresh leaks also show Microsoft’s voice assistant app Cortana in the new Windows. This pretty useful app has worked well in the Window phone and now we might have it in the Windows. These leaks give us a clear idea about the looks of Cortana in Window 10.
The desktop version of Cortana seems to be a big addition but still it has not been officially confirmed by Microsoft. The Cortana was also seen in the earlier leaks but they were not much detailed as the fresh leaks are. Apart from these leaks Microsoft is going to have an official show on Jan 21 where it is expected to reveal more about its Window 10.
