Samsung Galaxy S7 Active Confirmed By Zauba Listing

Galaxy S7 ActiveSamsung has released as well as publically launched its Galaxy S7 flagships for this year. However, this cannot be considered as the end of the S7 family. There might be some new additions to the story too. It may not be new as Galaxy S6 which launched about two years ago had several new inclusions like the S5 mini, Sport, Plus and Active.

Last year’s Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge were the only versions that came to the Samsung market. However, the company once again revived the trend with Galaxy S6 edge+, which was released in late 2015. Samsung released a sibling Galaxy S6 Active, a ruggedized edition that now looks set for another sequel.

It seems like that Samsung is continuing the tradition with the latest Galaxy S7. The reliable leakster Evan Blass previous week leaked that the traces of the Galaxy S7 Active were found on Zauba. And now, the company has somewhat indirectly announced the arrival of the device. The news’ came through the courtesy of a source which quotes the latest edition of the Samsung Level app. If you look closely, the app also lists the upcoming, dubious Galaxy S7 Active in its changelog. This is all which proves that the device is in existence, but we know that it is sooner or later going to be announced by the company.

Galaxy S7 Active

The Galaxy S7 Active will come along with the model number SM-G891A. Moreover, it is expected that the new S7 model will offer military-grade protection (MIL-STD-810G) to the handset. This is expected by keeping the previous S6 active in mind. Currently, available Active models are waterproof and dustproof. This is why it offers simple protection against the basic problems and scratches etc.

The addition of the military certificate will provide the Smartphone with its own hardcore authenticity. This vivid certification will provide rigorous protection against the pressures, humidity, high-drop protection, vibration shock, salt and humidity etc. However, we can think of some new additions to this list too. The Galaxy S7 Active will also have protection against the harsh terrains and structures.

There is no official announcement or any sort of declaration yet. This is why we cannot brag about the features yet. Meanwhile, if we think about the last year’s model, this latest version will have the general S7 properties along with toughened protection and military grade style.
