Though always-on display is a good addition but it is nothing new for smartphone users. The Active Display feature on Motorola devices and Ambient Display on Google’s Nexus smartphones also works the same way.
Fresh reports also suggest the revival of dust and water resistance with upcoming Galaxy S7 ad Galaxy S7 Edge. Back in 2014 the feature was included on the Galaxy S5 which was put off later with Galaxy S6 in 2015. Also the battery on both Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge are reported to be 3000mAh and 3600mAh respectively. This is quite a considerable boost as compared with 2550mAh and 2600mAh battery on the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge.

While these improved Galaxy S7 features look cool and are intriguiging, the Galaxy S7 camera is supposed to be of just 12 MP as comapred to 16MP camera of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. But the lens aperture is to be expected of f/1.7 as compared to past which will result in better options in low light situations. On the other hand, front end camera will still be 5MP selfie shooter.
