In Last days we have discussed the update roadmap out by Samsung for new Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Here we have some fresh reports that elaborate the road map a little more with some changes on the list. Following the reports users of some key devices are now set on the queue to get updates from next month.
The Galaxy Note 5 which stands at the top which is going to be the first among the device on the roadmap to get the Android Marshmallow. The Marshmallow flavored TouchWiz and system dump that were spotted earlier have already taken the expectations to new heights.
In the recent issued roadmap of Android Marshmallow updates, we also find the Galaxy S6 Edge+. The large edgy device is set for updates in December as well. However the December update of the Galaxy S6 edge+ has pushed the updates for Note 5 to January.
According to the new schedule the January queue is a little lengthy with some other devices joining Note 5 for Marshmallow updates. These devices include the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge, the predecessor of the Galaxy S6 Edge+.
The schedule is also extended to February where some of the remaining devices are going to get updates. The devices for February updates now include the Note 4 and the Note Edge, the principal note devices. Thus you can find a number of things yet unchanged with a little reshuffling which may happen yet again.
On the new schedule there is also good news for the Galaxy S5 users. As we have reported about the last release of the update roadmap the Galaxy S5 was awaiting approval. But now we have a date, following the February updates the users of S5 will get the Marshmallow in April. Also the Galaxy A8 is mentioned on the schedule to update in March.
