Samsung’s Galaxy J3(6) has finally been launched in Chinese market after following brief appearances in FCC and a similar event in China. As it was expected the J3(6) is powered with specs to match with low-end devices. Thus you may not count it among the key devices carrying high specs. But having a look into its specs and features we find it a good addition among its range devices.
Though you will find main specs within low-end device, its display comes with a standard size of 5inch with good resolution at 720x1280pixels. It is made of Super AMOLED quality that display with density of 294ppi. Thus with even lighter prices you will get a standard Samsung display.
Under the hood the Galaxy J3(6) carries a quad-core processing unit which is left unnamed by Samsung. However the CPU is clocked at 1.2GHz for more than sufficient performance. Joined by 1.5GB of RAM and native storage of 8GB we can expect a device with balanced parts. Like other low-end devices the low internal storage can be expended via microSD card.
Matching with the range it’s both rear and front camera are kept average that you can also find on some higher devices. On rear end we find an 8megapixel main camera supported by LED flash, auto focus and other features. And the 5 megapixl shooter on front for selfies is what you find on majority of well known devices.
The latest version of TouchWiz comes on the Galaxy J3 with Android flavor. Thus you can get the UI and many other features that are present on key Galaxy devices including those among high-end. For instance you can launch its camera app by a double click on home button and also the ultra power saving mode will help you save battery. The device is made available for sale in Chinese stores for now.
