The journey of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow is yet to be completed as many devices are still lined up to adopt the new Android flavor. However the update track with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow is quite good as smartphones in various regions are ready to update their devices sooner. This time it seems Samsung’s turn to go through beta test in UK and Korean markets.
The beta test campaign for Android 6.0 Marshmallow has finally been launched in the UK and South Korea. With the beta test Samsung is going to let out the Android Marshmallow firmware updates to limited devices for the users’ feedback. We may get many bugs reported which will surely get fixed before the new Android flavor goes out to wider users globally.
In 2015 we found several devices enlisted for the new Android version however many were left to test it out in 2016. Yet we have many key Samsung devices which have missed the new Android updates. Now as Samsung moves parallel to fresh Android developments a large number of devices are likely to get updates shortly.

We may also find the high-end names in Samsung portfolio of 2015, the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge and Galaxy S6 edge+ with Galaxy Note 5 to stand first for upcoming Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates. This will however not be a surprise as these devices specially the Galaxy S6 and its curved variants are also mentioned as first devices for beta test.
Currently the Galaxy Care app is made available to a limited number of devices in both UK and South Korea. The users of Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge users are entertained with the app in the UK while in Korea device at KT and LGU+ only have the access. However the availability is not going to be limited always.
