Sony launches Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact in India

Sony launched its two handsets, the Xperia Z3 and the Z3 Compact, in India. Both of the models were unveiled by Sony at the IFA in Berlin, the new smartphones with many upgrades and are lined up in the competition of some big launches of the time. Apples iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are still ruling in the market and Samsung is about to launch it Note 4.

Its flagship model the Z3 comes with the price tag of $849, and the Compact with the tag of $734. They are listed on Flipkart, though they are still about to be available in the market. Based on primer information the Xperia Z3 will be available in 3 colors, black, white, and copper; and the Z3 Compact will be available in 4 colors, black, white, orange, and green.

Though it doesn’t sport an enormous set of upgrades compared to its predecessor, its sleek design and impressive battery life still managed to gather enough interest to be considered an anticipated smartphone for 2014. Together with it, Sony announced the Z3 Compact, which is a smaller variant of the flagship that still carries most of its top-notch hardware.

it’s by now set to be available in Indian market but still it is unknown when the new models will be arriving to the US, though, Sony’s US website lists the devices says that its arriving here soon, and the recent price slash of the Xperia Z2 on US soil suggests that its arrival may actually be in the near future.
