Samsung’s plans for 2016 regarding its Tizen-based Z3 are reported by DigiTimes which suggest the expansion of device to key markets. According to the report its aspirant users in Russia would be first to receive the device early this year. Therefore expectations are high for the Samsung Z3 to appear in Russia before the end of this month or early next month.
The report further reveals that next to Russia the Samsung Z3 is planned for release in at least 10 European markets. Samsung is also expected to roll out the Z3 in Indonesian market at the same time. The launch dates are not announced yet but the reports show the device is expending to wider users soon. Also we have yet to wait to get any detail out about the launch of Samsung Z3 in the US market.
As we know Samsung is already doing well in the smartphone markets with its flagship Galaxy devices. But the Z3 with its distinct features has made its own place among the few devices that were launched outside the Galaxy family. The Samsung Z3 comes with Tizen OS which has its own features against the Android running Galaxy devices.
Samsung Z3 was introduced as the successor of the Samsung Z1, the Tizen-based low-end smartphone. However against the Z1 the new Samsung Z3 is made pretty much modest with a 5inch display panel and 720x1280pixels resolution. The device is powered with a quad-core Spreadtrum processor clocked at 1.3GHz. Though the internal storage is just 8GB but considering its market it seems good.
