Samsung has always taken the market by storm. Not because it has a good design.But also because of features inside it. While Samsung did a great marketing job when publicizing the Samsung Galaxy S6 specs, there are many of the features which were not mentioned and the Galaxy S6 owners also don’t know about them because they were not publicized. So here is a quick list of features that are not known to the people as widely as they should be.
1) Galaxy S6 Quick launch camera feature
It is one of the well hidden features which need to be mentioned and explained so here is a quick review of it. It is a feature that is used as a default which means there is a way to turn it off absolutely and that is done through the camera application menu which gives you the permission to double tap the Physical home button that is at the bezel which is down if you want to activated the camera. For a Galaxy S6 camera to be launched it just take one second to capture the picture making it useful in manner that is the easiest way and also you won’t miss any moment while launching the camera. On the app dock you can easily get rid of the quick launch icon if you don’t like it.
2) Turn off display for Fast charging
One of the best feature of the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge is quick charging feature. Although the Samsung Galaxy S6 battery life is not very impressive but it plays well with the fast charging feature. You can use your phone for up to 4 hours after 10 minutes charging. But did you ever find the fast charging feature does not work on your Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Edge? This is because the fast charging feature only works when the display is turned off. So If you are using your phone or checking notifications, avoid it to get the fast charging feature work perfectly.
3) Auto Answer over Bluetooth
For that you just need Bluetooth headphones or just linking up you Galaxy S6 with the car’s infotainment system and the feature of call automatic answer is at your service. It works in a manner that whenever somebody calls you if there is a Bluetooth connected to it(obviously it should be available to output sound), after 2 seconds of waiting the Galaxy S6 will automatically pick up the call. You must have witnessed problem attending the call when you are driving or cycling and don’t like fumbling your phone and Bluetooth earphones so that you can pick up a call. With Galaxy S6 in your hands, you really don’t have to worry about anything.
4) Zoom Manually to read clearly
When you visit any page on the web there is mobile view, making it easier for the browsing something on smartphone. There are some terms and condition while scrolling and zooming take for instance it won’t allow you to zoom any further into the page because of the development limitations. This is really irritating but Galaxy S6 is always there to rescue. Through the setting menu you can override the zooming lock while you are using the Samsung browser (the internet application), we all know this feature is really useful and helpful at certain times.
5) Lock the Subject while taking pictures with Tracking AF
If you are moving while taking a photo or the object is moving of which you want to take a photo, in normal cases your photos will be blurred but not now because Samsung has introduced the Tracking AF feature with which you can lock the object before taking the picture on preview screen. With OIS support and Tracking AF feature, the Samsung Galaxy S6 camera stands on the top among other smartphones.
6) Re-size the Apps
Another cool but less known feature of Samsung Galaxy S6 is App window re-sizing feature. With this feature all u have to do is drag the app from the bottom right corner of the screen inwards, and then choose the size of the app. It is easy and useful but most of the people are not aware of this feature.
7) S6 view cover’s secret
Well before that if you have known about Galaxy S5 and previous edition these covers were just use to show time date but with the covers available of Galaxy S6, Samsung lets you do different things like you can take a photo by camera, you can pick up a call of someone, control music playback, view images in the gallery and many more things without ever opening the flap of Samsung Galaxy S6.
8) S6 view Cover Wallpapers
Once you are really fed up of the default wallpaper, you can change it according to your wish whether you get the built-in wallpaper, or you get yourself a more cool wallpaper through some app. To change the wallpaper, simply go to the S View Window, choose the appropriate wallpaper, have a live preview and you are done.
