As we have discussed in one of our earlier reports now it is possible to jailbreak the iOS 9.0.02, which you can learn about here. This is made possible using the Pangu jailbreak tool which works with the iOS 9.0.2. So if you have a device running the iOS 9.1 version first you must downgrade to the iOS 9.0.2 to jailbreak your iPhone or iPad as Apple has patched vulnerabilities of the iOS 9.0.2 in the iOS 9.1 .

Don’t forget to keep a backup of your data. But before starting the backup, note that you can’t restore the backup creating on the higher iOS version on a lower version. Thus if you are downgrading from the iOS 9.1 to the iOS 9.0.2 than manually create a back up of files on your computer.

Step 1: Let’s start with the prerequisites: Find the iOS 9.0.2 IPSW file for your specific Apple device and download on your PC or Mac.

Step 2: Another prerequisite; get a latest version of iTunes that support iOS 9 on your computer and update the latest iTunes version on your machine.

Step 3: Go to your device’s setting menu, find and turn off Touch ID and Passcode and also the ‘Find My iPhone.’ option

Step 4: Now as you get ready, connect you Apple device with your computer.

Step 5: Launch the iTunes, if you are on Windows hold the shift key and on Mac press option/alt key and then click on Restore option.

Step 6: It will ask you to pick an IPSW file to restore, browse to the file you have downloaded in the first step.
Let the process go on, in about 10 to 15 minutes you will get your iOS 9.1 device downgraded to iOS 9.0.2. Now if you want to proceed with the Jailbreak, here is how to Jailbreak iOS 9.0.2 running device.
