Android OS is well known for its open environment and too much customization options. This may be true against iOS and Windows Phone as they allow less customization option than Android. But when it comes to Android running device it is not true for all. Many devices with their own customized version of Android OS limit users’ access. Unless you try to break into codes or try out a custom ROM like CyanogenMod.
So what about the Android 6.0 Marshmallow? Well the base Android version has nothing to do with devices’ permissions. It is up to the version customized by the vendor. And the same hold true for Android 6.0 Marshmallow. But using some tools you can have many things customized on your Android Marshmallow. Here let’s try one of such tools to customize Quick Settings tiles.
Step 1
The tool we are going to try out is System UI Tuner. In first step you need to enable the UI tuner. Now go to Quick Setting penal on your Android Marshmallow running device. Hold the small cog to get to the setting menu and it will led you to options with UI Tuner.
Step 2
As you have enabled the UI Tuner you will get new options added up to setting menu. After navigating to it you will get some warning messages just carry on with them.
Step 3
After getting into the System UI Tuner the first item you will find is the Quick Settings. After entering Quick Settings you will find a similar one with Lollipop. But now you have powers to add, remove and rearrange tiles.
You can do this by pressing and holding each tile. As you hold one, there appear options to do all the stuff you want. The options are given by marks like plus minus and a bin that make it easier to use options.
