Apple has not explained the specifics of the battery capacity of the new devices. We can assume that the 6S Plus has a bigger capacity than the power back in the iPhone 6S due to its larger body.
6S gives up to 24 hours of talk time on 3G and up to 12 hours of web use over 3G, LTE or Wifi. Better in performance than the iPhone 6S.
